How long does it take to receive a Custom Itinerary from the time of payment?
Your Custom Itinerary will be sent to your email in a PDF format within 7-14 business days from the time of payment AND submission of your request. Failing to do both can result in delays. We understand that every traveler is unique with their own preference and interests and that is why we believe in creating itineraries specifically tailored to your needs.
Please note that due to the time required to carefully curate your travel experience, we are unable to assist with itineraries for trips that are scheduled to commence within the next 1-2 weeks from the date of payment. Our minimum requirement is that your trip should be at least 3 weeks out from the time of payment.
Can we ask you to book the trip for us based on your recommendations?
The Custom Itinerary does NOT include bookings of flights, accommodations, tours, activities, or restaurants.
Can I get a refund?
Please submit an inquiry through the “Contact” section of our website. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your itinerary, we encourage you to let us know and we will find a suitable solution. We hope to exceed your expectations throughout your journey in Croatia!
